Single consultation

Tele-health sessions are currently available. Tele-health sessions are conducted via Healthdirect, a secure and encrypted video call platform, and can be accessed via this link.

In-person sessions are available at 62 Wellington Parade East Melbourne. Typically, appointments are weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Rebates

To claim your appointment via Medicare and receive a rebate of $141.85 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year, you will require a Mental Health Treatment Plan issued by your referring GP. After your 6th and 10th appointments, your Mental Health Treatment Plan will need to be reviewed by your GP to ensure ongoing Medicare eligibility.

 If you currently hold private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim sessions through your provider. Alternatively, you may pay the full fee as a private patient.

Payments

Fees are payable in full on the day of your scheduled appointment, and are processed prior to your appointment using an online payment system using a provided credit card. A secure and encrypted system is used to store all credit card details.

Rescheduling and Cancellations Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hours notice. If you provide less than 24-hours notice (or do not provide any prior notice and don’t attend your appointment) your usual fee will be charged. Please note that any cancellation or missed appointment fees are not claimable via Medicare or private insurance providers. 

When you schedule your appointment, that 50-minute session is reserved for you. If need to change your appointment time, this policy allows sufficient time to offer the session time to another person.
